I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder over three years ago. I went to physical therapy for several months through the worst of it. My shoulder slowly improved and at some point, stopped. I started coming to Libre to work through the last of my shoulder rotation. When I started Libre, closing doors behind me caused me pain and I could not fully rotate my shoulder for several yoga poses. When my new exercise and stretches, I have not had pain while I go about my day and my rotation has improved to the point where I’m much closer to normal. I’m very happy at my level of improvement over my sections here.
